Lettings usually begin and end on Saturdays, the exception to this is Christmas and New Year. During this period several properties offer flexible starting dates in order to encompass the festivities. All our prices are fully inclusive of council tax, gas and electric, and water and sewage charges. Longer stay prices are by negotiation.
Whilst all of our properties are located on the site of our old farm buildings and achieve the quality in tourism Enjoy England 4* standard. Most of our properties vary slightly. In order to accommodate stays of differing lengths and requirements we group our cottages into 3 price categories. Whilst we make every effort to allocate you the property of your choice, we can't usually guarantee a particular property at the time of booking.
Please inform us of any special requirements that you may have (downstairs/upstairs apartment) or a preference for a particular property at the time of booking and we will endeavour to meet your request.
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance must be paid on arrival. See terms and conditions for further information. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
Longer stays of several months are available - price by negotiation. Where possible we try and take saturday to saturday bookings as this enables us to have continuity in bookings and hence keep prices down.
Short stays and alternative start finish days are often available - please call or fill in the enquiry email for more information.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES. Keys can be collected at the farmhouse or the office on your arrival. Properties are thoroughly cleaned between lets, and for this reason, we would request that you do not arrive before 3 pm at the start of your stay. We would also request that you vacate your property by 10 am on your departure date.
