Longer Stays

Plawsworth Hall is able to offer many longer duration stays. Many guests stay with us whilst: house hunting, between selling and buying houses, short term contracts, studying, during home renovation works, etc.
As with the weekly stays we provide an all in weekly price that includes all of the following;
- Council Tax
- Gas & Electric
- Water & Sewerage charges
- TV Licence
- Wifi Internet
- Weekly cleaning / bed changing service.
In addition to the above we do not charge any upfront agent fees and we don't require a large deposit as in a 6 month let.
Our prices below are exclusive of VAT, Vat is charged at full rate (20%) for the first 4 weeks of your stay then at 1/5 rate (4%) for the remainder.

Longer stay prices are offered at the discretion of the management, It is unlikely that a longer stay price would be offered for a period that will easily be filled at the full weekly rate.
Guests are kindly requested to keep the management updated as to accommodation requirements. Many guests do not know how long they intend to stay for, many contracts start as a few weeks and end up being a few months, or vice versa. By having more properties than most we are generally able to be very flexible. We are on site 7 days a week and ask guests to contact us as soon as they can if their needs change.
