Plawsworth Hall farm has recently been developed into a collection of purpose build serviced accommodation. The traditional stone and brick farm buildings and granary, form an original farm court layout Comprising a mixture of one and two bedroomed apartments and three bedroomed cottages. Lawned courtyard with additional landscaped recreational area to the rear.
We offer a wide range of serviced accommodation to suit all requirements.

One bedroomed apartment
Lounge with kitchen/dining area. Separate bedroom, double or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. Sleeps two.
Two bedroomed apartment
Lounge with kitchen/dining area. 4 apartments have double and twin bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 4 have double and single bedrooms with two bathrooms. Sleeps three/four.
Three bedroomed apartment
Completed in 2008 with a large open plan kitchen dining and living area, Sleeping 5 with 2 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms, these apartments enjoy fantastic views of the North East countryside.

Two bedroomed cottage
Two bathrooms (one en-suite) dishwasher, freezer and auto washer/dryer. Separate lounge, large kitchen/dining area. Sleeps four.
Three bedroomed cottage
En-suite bathroom in master bedroom, family bathroom, separate kitchen. Coal effect gas fire in lounge. Sleeps five/six.
Guest Services
If you have any questions or queries about your stay with us please just ask at reception. We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and will be delighted to help in whatever ways we can.
Guest information books are provided in our properties detailing all the information that you could need for your stay with us. A concierge service is available at reception. Local tourist information can be found in the reception area, or in the accommodation. If we can be of any assistance please don’t hesitate to ask.
It is no longer our policy to provide welcome packs to all guests. We are located 1 mile from a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, which is usually our guest’s first point of call. If however you would like us to provide some basic first night essentials please don’t hesitate to ask when booking. Alternatively If you wish to order supermarket shopping online prior to arrival. Please notify reception and your goods can be waiting in your accommodation for you on arrival.
All post and deliveries will come to reception for redistribution. Please notify a member of staff if you are expecting any mail that may need to be signed for.
Guests are asked to bring their own towels. However, towels may be provided on request.
Extra housekeeping and Ironing services may be provided on request.
